Millennium Qin Music returns with a stunning impact
At Hengdian World Studios in Zhejiang, the majestic Qin Palace stands tall and proud, where the large-scale processional experience show "Entering the Great Qin Dynasty" is spectacularly staged. This show, ranging from major events in the world to the daily life of the common people, presents the magnificent atmosphere of the Great Qin Empire in rich dimensions and diverse forms. Relying on the magnificent architecture of the Qin Palace, it creates an immersive audio-visual experience for visitors that transports them back thousands of years.
In the rest area of Zhonggong Gate, the Soundking L10 passive two-way loudspeaker is chosen, equipped with a high-performance 10" low-frequency driver, delivering powerful dynamics and excellent sound quality. The high-frequency part adopts a 1.7" compression driver + constant directivity horn, with PEEK diaphragm material providing ultra-high intelligibility, while ensuring full and transparent mid-frequency, significantly enhancing clarity and sound field uniformity. Its vocal performance is full and transparent, with rich and powerful bass, bright and moist highs, and high clarity, bringing visitors a relaxing and enjoyable auditory experience. The control system for this area is located in the machine room of the square behind Zhonggong Gate, and the apparatus can achieve automatic playback at fixed times and locations, without the need for dedicated personnel to monitor.
After more than a decade of exposure to the elements, the original sound reinforcement system equipment in the Qinwang Palace has severely aged, resulting in issues such as weak and distorted sound effects, uneven clarity and coverage, a single distribution method, and lagging management. These issues make it difficult to support the high standard requirements for sound in current performances. Based on a profound understanding of the acoustic environment of the scenic spot and relying on the deep technical accumulation from serving major projects such as the Beijing Olympic Games, Shanghai World Expo, Hangzhou Asian Games, CCTV Spring Festival Gala, "Jiu Jiu Da Qin," and "Da He Shang Xia," Soundking has tailored a sound reinforcement system upgrade plan that integrates high performance, high reliability, and intelligent management for the Qinwang Palace, completely solving the sound reinforcement challenges in the scenic spot.
Loudspeaker system: full coverage, immersive sound
In core areas such as the square in front of the Zhonggong Gate, the square behind the Zhonggong Gate, and the Nine-Nine Steps of the Sihai Guiyi Hall, Soundking G210I (waterproof) two-way full-range line array loudspeakers are used. The low- and mid-frequency parts employ two 10" chassis, while the high-frequency part utilizes two 1.75-inch high-frequency compression drivers. Through a planar wave transducer, the high-frequency sound waveform is converted from spherical wave to equiphase planar wave, greatly enhancing sound clarity and horizontal coverage at long distances. This ensures that the sound of performance scenes such as "General Recruiting" and "Emperor Qin's Ascension" is clearly transmitted to every visitor. All components of this loudspeaker meet IP64 waterproof and dustproof standards, making it resilient to harsh weather conditions. Paired with Soundking L218S passive subwoofer, it adopts a classic phase-inverted design and incorporates two 700W high-power 18" low-frequency drivers. The low-frequency range can extend down to 33Hz, providing rich dynamics and powerful energy, perfectly capturing the majestic momentum of war drums and thunderous sounds during the ascension ceremony.

All the loudspeaker apparatuses provided by Soundking for the Qinwang Palace are installed in a concealed manner, cleverly arranged on both sides of the city gate or in the attic. Amplifier system: Strong power, intelligent processing
To drive the entire system and ensure pure and stable signals, Soundking deployed the DG series DSP+Dante digital power amplifier on site. Equipped with high-performance audio-dedicated DSP and high-dynamic, high-precision AD/DA converters, it supports constant impedance and constant voltage output as well as Dante network digital audio. Audio transmission and amplifier monitoring can be achieved through a single network cable. Utilizing Soundking's proprietary multi-loop control technology, it boasts excellent technical specifications. The power amplification technology, specifically developed for low impedance and high current, ensures the amplifier has over 90% efficiency and outstanding stability. The switching power supply adopts active PFC and soft switching technology, and has been optimized for audio power amplifiers, adapting to harsh grid environments and providing continuous and powerful energy supply to the amplifier.

Intelligent hub, centralized management and control
Facing the challenges posed by the large number of devices and complex wiring within the Qinwang Palace scenic area, the CT02 IoT edge computing host, independently developed by Soundking, has become the "smart brain" of the entire sound reinforcement system, enabling centralized control of devices and bidding farewell to manual decentralized operations. This device provides integrated centralized control of audio, video, lighting, and power on-site, significantly enhancing device management efficiency and operational convenience. Additionally, it can accurately collect electrical parameters such as voltage and current of key devices. Combined with data analysis capabilities, it proactively identifies potential risks such as overload and abnormal heating, issues early warnings, and effectively prevents screen interruptions caused by device malfunctions, ensuring the continuity of live performances.
