Product Description
The CXA044 has four 3-pin direct XLR-M outputs and four isolated 3-pin XLR-M outputs. The transmission box feature an RJ45 network connector and a grounding switch. Using a single network cable instead of four audio cables, you can transmit four-channel audio signals by connecting a shielded Cat5 Ethernet cable between the two transmission boxes, and phantom power can be provided to microphones through direct output. Both units come with audio isolation transformers, which eliminate AC power line noise caused by ground loops. The Cat5 Ethernet cable used for transmission has wide availability, is lightweight and cost-effective, saving on costs and making wiring much easier.
