MANAGEMENT SERVER
This is a description of a centralized and effective management system for a multimedia intelligent paperless system in one or multiple meeting rooms (depending on the software). The intelligent meeting file management server (installed with paperless meeting system backend management software V1.0) is responsible for managing and distributing files in the meeting room(s) with 1-100 terminals, improving the interaction, management, and backup of meeting information. The server handles meeting files, supporting functions such as check-in, voting, file projection, file sharing, and annotation on meeting terminal screens. Meeting process files can be stored in real-time on the intelligent paperless meeting server for security and backup.
