"The Central Opera House is the most powerful, talented and influential national theater in the Asia-Pacific region, representing the national level of opera art, the highest temple of performing arts in China, and the last national theater project in recent years.

The newly built Central Opera House Theater is located at 115 Dongzhong Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing, adjacent to the East Second Ring Road to the west and the Ministry of Culture to the south. The theater looks down like a hovering phoenix, a messenger of happiness on earth, symbolizing good fortune, harmony, immortality and rebirth. The project covers an area of 13386 m², with a total construction area of 40902 m², 4 floors underground and 8 floors above ground. The core functions are mainly large-scale opera, dance drama and ballet performances to meet the needs of domestic and foreign cultural and art groups for performance and exchange. From "The Lady of the Camellias" and "Turandot" to "The White Maiden" and "The Red Woman", many domestic and foreign classic operas will be re-enacted by contemporary artists on this stage, where the audience will feel the charm of the art of opera and witness the style of domestic and foreign artists.
